We today can look around at everything going on and see God in it all.

As long as it is on our time, God is a great God of love...
  Love in the midst of everything.

1. BUT....here is the trouble...

2. Little God.... ---Big humanity

 Man is taking the place of God with all the inventions and programs
 It seems that our world is outgrowing God.

3. Man is being glorified while God is being pushed into the background.

EVERYWHERE
             Japan, Germany, America, Israel, and etc.....

           YOU CANNOT LEAVE GOD OUT

1. Someday He will make himself known and felt in the world.

2.  He is still a great Sovereign God.

3.  He made all things....
  They are all his now and someday he will reign over all things.

From Pike's Peak you can look through a telescope and as far as you can see....... it's all HIS............
 

1.  DAVID..
‘When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers.  The moon and stars which thou hast ordained.  What is man that thou art mindful of him.'

The subject of this message is God's All Things.

I am thinking of places in God's word....
                And these 4 texts cover everything from creation to God's final victory.

1. Man can do some wonderful things

2.  Ships to sail the seas
     submarines to sail under them
      airplanes to fly above them

3.  He can build skyscrapers 102 stories high

4.  The list can go on and on

5. BUT God created the world and made it out of nothing
                 He spoke and it came into being.

1. He spoke light into the world
2. He spoke land and it formed
3. The mountains, rivers and seas jut came into existence
4. The trees, flowers, grass, sun, moon, stars
5. The animals, the fish...

I imagine that God looked out and said that this is not enough
I will now make my masterpiece.

I will make a man, with a wonderful mind, body, & soul

I will give him dominion over all things
I will make him in my own image

Then God spoke and man stood before Him, the masterpiece of His creation.

We could go on and on.. But I want you to know that God made "All Things"

1. God made all things Good

2. Even man

1. But man didn't remain in that condition

2. He disobeyed God.        He broke His laws.

3. He drug the whole human race into the sentence of death.

1. BUT God made provisions for man to climb.

2. 1900 yrs. Ago God made the ladder.

3.  Building it out of His only begotten Son.
 Now he tells man
  Accept..    THE LADDER
  Trust...     THE LADDER
 Climb up to eternal life.

4. God promises to make you an absolute new person.

 People change when the conditions in their life change

                tragedy, success, fortune..
                                 It always brings change.

1. BUT there is no change in all the world so radical as the change which comes when you accept CHRIST

You receive:
             A New Life
             A New Loyalty
             A New Love
             A New Longing
                                    He  Longs to please God
                                           Longs to serve God
                                           Longs to see Him face to face

                        "ALL THINGS"  BECOME NEW

1. Here is one of the most blessed promises...

2. But men don't believe it.

3. They Don't believe that God is behind everything, working it out for our own good.

4. They have a hard time with it.

5. They can't understand why the troubles come their way.
 

1. The text doesn't say everyone does it?

2.  Only those WHO LOVE GOD
 

3. .........the promise is to His children and to no one else.

4. BUT NOT all of them.   Let's look at our text again.

5.  If a man is living in sin, he cannot say "These things are being worked but for my good."

6.  Just those who love and are serving Him.    For it says, "...those who love the Lord..."

Jesus said,   "If you love me, Keep my commandments"
 

1. The text says.. "All Things"  Not just some things.

2.  Not just pleasant
             Not just easy things

3.  BUT ALL THINGS
 

1 We see good things working together for us..

2.  But let me tell you the bad things work around for our good also.

3. We cannot see this while they are happening.. But someday we'll see it.

I can just imagine what Ole' Gideon must have thought.
                                            (Jud. 7:2a, 4a, 7a)

Everything has a definite PURPOSE

It takes all the experiences to make the whole picture.
And when these things work together the result is good.

            1. A diamond is cut to receive it's beauty
           2. God must be refined for it's purity
           3. A vine must be pruned to bear it's fruit
           4. Clay must be molded to become a vessel.

1. So must the child of God be cut, refined, pruned and molded to be fit for the master's use.

2. The process Seems hard but we must remember that the most beautiful pictures are developed in the darkest rooms.

There have been some great men....
  The came, they lived,....and they died

            But there has never been one like Jesus.

He came, He lived, He died,
     BUT Praise God he conquered death and the grave....
                                                               HE ROSE AGAIN!

Now he stands as the highest figure in the universe..
 Pre-eminent in ALL THINGS!

He is pre-eminent in      History
                                    Bible
                                    Nature
                                    Prophecy

BUT, Is he Pre-eminent in your life?

                                Have you accepted him?

                                             Are you keeping your heart clean for Him?

                                                        Are you giving Him first  Place?

                                                                     Is there anything between You and Him?
 

There was one who knew we were on the road to death.

He dashed out and went to the cross & there gave His life away for us.

He makes us all that we are today.  He gives us all the hope that we have for tomorrow.

He is the Pre-eminent Savior.
